A self-described “geek girl” and passionate fan of her adopted home of Mexico, Lynne balances time on her various i-items (iPad, iPhone, MacBook) with time on the beach, at yoga, and with her best four-legged friend, Claude. Recognized as a specialist in luxury real estate and travel, digital marketing & social media she is the founder of Marakáme Marketing, and its latest project, LivePuntaMita.com.
For the first ten years of its development, Lynne was Director of Marketing for Punta Mita, and an associate of Punta Mita Properties, until re-establishing her own marketing business in January 2009. A full-time resident of Punta Mita, it is both her home and her great love, having first discovered it on her initial trip to Mexico in the 70’s – when it was but an outpost of a beach.
Lynne also was the co-author of the Frommer’s, Dummies, and Berlitz guidebook series on Mexico for eight years, enabling her to travel and explore this remarkable country. In 2000, she was awarded the Pluma de Plata (Silver Quill Award) by Mexico’s President Ernesto Zedillo for her writings about Mexico. Prior to moving to Puerto Vallarta and giving away all of her business suits, she was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. firstname.lastname@example.org
