Exclusive Gourmet Event with Celebrity Chef Betty Vazquez benefitting the Mexican Association Against Breast Cancer – The Photos

Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and Celebrity Chef Betty Vazquez hosted an exclusive gourmet event benefitting the Mexican Association Against Breast Cancer (FUCAM).

With the help of Four Seasons‘ gourmet team and Sommelier Monica De la Torre, Chef Betty treated attendees to a 4-course meal with spectacular wine pairings this last Saturday, October 22nd at Ketsi Restaurant.

All proceeds from dinner were destined to support FUCAM on their continuous work to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.

About Chef Betty Vazquez

Her passion for gastronomy begins at her grandma’s kitchen, eventually, it would take her to visit France, Spain and Italy, countries that became her inspiration, besides have attended to Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Later, Betty returns to San Blas, a tiny fishing village in Riviera Nayarit, where she honored all her experiences and started creating her own culinary vision.

Chef Betty Vazquez is the owner of “El Delfín“ restaurant at the Garza Canela hotel in San Blas, Nayarit, the corner where she has always found her balance while allowing her to find her own personal mark that she calls “with a sea taste“ (con sabor a mar),  same mark she imprints in all her creations.

Her constant search, movement and evolution to build the culinary history of Riviera Nayarit have turned her into a proud gastronomic ambassador of this destination, promoting it in countries as Canada, United States, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Greece and United Arab Emirates.
