Indian Pop-Up restaurant at St. Regis, Monday, March 25
St. Regis Punta Mita Resort is bringing a special evening featuring the Cuisine of India this coming Monday, March 25, 7pm, limited to a lucky 20 reservations.
Chef Paul Bhalla of Bombay Brassiere in Puerto Vallarta, will prepare a three course dinner, served on their Marietas Beach, featuring:
ENTREES – Samosa and Pankora Spinach Platter, Tika Chicaken
MAIN COURSES – Bruha Prawns, Tandoori Lamb, Subzi Garam Masala, served with Naan, signature Chutneys, and Batsami Rice.
DESSERT – Rice Pudding, Mango Mousse
Reservations will be for only 20 people on a First Come, First Serve basis. Dinner is $65 USD per person plus 10% service charge and includes beverages.
