Punta Mita Golf Kitchen 2019 – The Agenda

This exciting journey of three nights and four days in and around Punta Mita will allow you to explore their world of Food, Chefs, Fine Wines, and Cocktails. The two-day Golf Kitchen Cup which will take place on both of our Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses – Bahia and Pacifico while there will also be a 4 hole shootout amongst the Chefs to kick off the event.

Get ready to enjoy the amazing creations of these talented Chefs in the most fascinating scenarios of Punta Mita.

Thurday, April 25th

  • Opening Dinner by Tequila Patron
    6:30 p.m. | Pacifico Beach Club
    This welcome dinner will pay homage to “The Cuisine of the Americas “with our Guest Chefs Michael RuggieroDamian GilchristJoseph Klages and Doug Blaircreating dishes for the occasion hosted by our own Chef Pato Pérsico. A spectacular dinner in the beautiful setting of the recently relaunched Pacifico Beach Club, where guest mixologists, live music and our house DJ will ensure this Golf Kitchen kicks off in grand style..

Friday, April 26th

  • Tail of the Whale Breakfast
    7:00 a.m. | Tail of the Whale
    The Tail of the Whale Restaurant is renowned for its delicious breakfast specialties and over the course of the two days of the Golf Kitchen Cup you will have the opportunity to savor some of these specialties prepared by the Four Seasons Punta Mita culinary team.
  • Golf Lunch
    After golf round | Punta Mita Golf Club Garden
    A lunch showcasing signature dishes from all participating clubs, catered by the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita culinary team along with guest chefs Tony VillanuevaRicki MottaJose Carles y Yasuo Asai.

  • Dinner with Chef Anthony Giacoponello
    7:00 p.m. | Carolina restaurant

    The signature Carolina Restaurant at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort welcomes Executive Chef Anthony Giacoponello from Sebonack Golf Club in New York to create a unique menu for the occasion.
  • Dinner with Chef Gastón Yelicich
    7:00 p.m. | Sufito
    Dine oceanside at Punta Mita’s trendiest spot, Sufito, as Uruguayan Chef Gaston Yelicich prepares a 3-course menu featuring his unique take on Latin American cuisine.
  • Dinner with Lalo Palazuelos
    7:00 p.m | Pacífico Grill Latino
    Mexican Chef Lalo Palazuelos serves a 4-course dinner showcasing delicious dishes from Mexico.

Saturday, April 27th

  • Prizegiving Luncheon overlooking the 18th hole at Pacífico Golf Course
    Our Guest Chefs Michael Ruggiero, Damian Gilchrist, Joseph Klages, Doug Blair &Marcelo Pereira together with the Four Seasons culinary team will prepare a fabulous luncheon at this iconic venue on the Pacifico Golf Course. Enjoy the warm ocean breeze and views of the Pacific Ocean as fellow competitors complete their rounds to update the scoreboard, as we conclude Day 2 of the Golf Kitchen Punta Mita Cup and celebrate the winners of each category and challenge.
  • The II Golf Kitchen Punta Mita Closing Dinner
    7:00 p.m. | Kupuri Beach Club
    The beautiful Kupuri Beach Club will serve as our venue as guest chefs come together to bring us to Punta Mita the flavors of the Americas on what is sure to be an unforgettable dining experience. Take a culinary tour of the regions and styles of our guest chefs as they showcase their own culinary passions and inspirations – truly the perfect finish to a fantastic weekend in Mexico’s premier luxury resort destination. Our guest chefs Anthony Giacoponello, Jose Carles, Yasuo Asai, Tony Villanueva and Punta Mita’s Executive Chef Pato Pérsico and his culinary team will create an extraordinary 4-course menu to close this event in the proper way.

Sunday, April 28th

  • Golf Kitchen Brunch
    10:00 a.m. | Pacifico Beach Club
    Host Chef Pato Pérsico and his culinary team welcome guest chefs Marcelo Pereyra, Lalo Palazuelos, Gaston Yelicich & Ricki Motta as we “putt” this edition of Golf Kitchen to bed, bidding “hasta luego”, (see you soon), to old and new friends at the beautiful Kupuri Beach Club.
