Punta Mita joins the Global Wellness Day! – June 9,10 & 11

We all want to be healthier, look better and have a good life, physically, mentally and spiritually, but being honest… what do we do to achieve this goal? Many of us… not much. But never is too late to start a new way of conduct our life, and that is the idea that originates Global Wellness Day.

Global Wellness Day is an entirely not-for-profit day, a social project created by volunteers dedicated to living well. The purpose of Global Wellness Day is to ask the question, even if for just one day, “How can I live a healthier and better life?”, to direct the thoughts of both individuals and society towards “living well” and to raise awareness.

The main aims of the day are:

  • To recognize the value of our lives
  • To pause and think, even if for just one day of the year
  • To be free from the stress of everyday city life and bad habits
  • To make peace with ourselves
  • To raise awareness about living well and increase motivation, not just for today, but for the remaining 364 days of the year

With the slogan “One day can change your whole life,” both Punta Mita resorts have decided to join this effort and celebrate Global Wellness Day in paradise. Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita GWD Three Day Program

Thursday, June 9th

8:00 am – Start the day with a fun Triathlon at the best Punta Mita style, the challenge begins at the main lobby and winner will get a Hakali Treatment, courtesy of Apuane Spa. Free activity.

9:30 am – SUP Yoga with Shanti

10:30 am – GAP Class

11:30 am – Outdoor Adventure Bootcamp with Shanti

3:30 pm – Core Training

4:00 pm – HIIT

5:00 pm – Bodyshots Boxing Bootcamp with Shanti

Taste the Daily Wellness Mexican Specials, detox fresh juices, organic smoothies, grilled Catch of the Day and Asian Fitflavors that will be featured in the different Four Seasons outlets.

Friday, June 10th

8 am – Join a fun round of Punta Mita Style Footgolf with the Pro and participate to win a round of golf at one of the beautiful Punta Mita Golf Courses! Free activity.

8:00 am – Yoga on the Rock

9:30 am – SUP Yoga with Shanti

10:30 am – Core Training

11:30 am – Bodyshots Boxing Bootcamp with Shanti

3:00 pm – AB-Solute Spin

4:00 pm – Ultimate Bootcamp at Manzanillas Beach

5:00 pm – GAP

Saturday, June 11th

3:00 pm – Are you ready for some fun on the water? Sign up to be part of the Fun SUP Relay Race in Paradise that will take place at Las Cuevas Beach. Winners will get a Punta Mita Treatment courtesy of Apuane Spa!

Taste the Daily Wellness Mexican Specials, detox fresh juices, organic smoothies and Asian Fitflavors that will be featured in the different Four Seasons outlets. At 11:30 Bahia Restaurant will have a special Catch of the Day followed by a Healthy Cooking Class.

6:00 pm – Inspiring Japanese Flute recital at the beautiful Tamai Gardens.

Saturday, June 11th

7:30am – Join this amazing Yoga Class guided by Narayani and take your energy and balance tot he next level.

8:30 am – Fun Zumba Lesson with Cesar Espinoza, let the rhythm take over and have a wonderful time while exercising!

9:30 am – Be part of another of the Punta Mita classics Fun Runs, run 3 or 5 kilometers and enjoy Punta Mita beautiful sightseeing!

10:30am – Final words by Global Wellness Day Ambassador for Mexico at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort

1:30pm –Discover all about “healthy eating“ with Chef Yogui on his Workshop High Energy and protein cuisine.
