It’s Gourmet Festival time in Punta de Mita!


Started by visionary chef (and our local culinary superstar!) Thierry Blouet seventeen years ago, the International Gourmet Festival is now a tradition in Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit, taking place from November 10-20 — the most delicious event of the year!

This year the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort is proud to participate in this anticipated annual event, with the participation of renowned Chef Gastón Yelicich from Uruguay, who has been featured in a variety of culinary events in England, USA, Mexico and Brazil. He will be the guest chef as part of the Individual Gourmet Dine Around, offering a carefully selected, exquisite menu, featured from Friday November 11th through Saturday, November 19th.

In addition, the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort and Café des Artistes del Mar in Punta de Mita will be part of the Gourmet Safari Route #4. This culinary journey will take place on Sunday, November 20th at 7:30pm, beginning with a Chef’s tables at Sandzibar Restaurant ( of Trio fame) in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle’s Alamar Beach Club, continuing with Sea Breeze Restaurant at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort and ending with dessert at Café des Artistes del Mar in Punta de Mita.

At each “Star Chef’s table” one gourmet course will be presented, reflecting the creative culinary power of Mexican cuisine. Each will be served, paired with a fine wine.
