Nicksan at Imanta – one special evening! December 28

article-image

Reserve now for a spectacular dining event, coming up on December 28th – the pairing of acclaimed restaurant Nicksan with the dazzling setting of Imanta Resort. Nicksan will be the guest restaurant operating Imanta’s kitchen on this night, preparing a 7-course menu with pairings of sake, Japanese beer and wine, in their main restaurant, with sweeping views of the ocean and surrounding jungle.

If you’re not familiar with Nicksan, they are acclaimed as Mexico’s premier restaurant for Japanese-inspired cuisine, and heavenly sashimi, together with creative combinations of diverse, fresh flavors, textures and ingredients. We became familiar with them in Los Cabos, but much more intimate with them when they opened in nearby Nuevo Vallarta, in Plaza Marival.

This is also an ideal opportunity to get to know Imanta, the new–and buzzed about–resort just north of Punta Mita, on it’s own private cove. Set on a mountain top, its views are stunning and the architecture, design and amenities are flawless. For more about Imanta, visit their website.

Two seatings will be offered: Sunset seating at 6 pm, and Starry seating at 9 pm. Space is very limited, so you’re encouraged to reserve early:
