“The Art of Roasting“ a Grill Country Brunch at La Patrona Equestrian Center & Polo Club – Sat, Nov. 13th


Mexico is worldwide known by its culinary art and Nayarit gastronomy is a core part of this national treasure, that’s why the International Gourmet Festival taking place in Pto. Vallarta – Riviera Nayarit is opening the door for the participation of outstanding performers of the regional cuisine.

In this edition, the International Gourmet Festival will reunite 25 hotels and restaurants of the highest quality, each participant will invite a celebrity chef awarded with Michelin stars to be part of this year’s culinary scene.

As part of this extraordinary festival, the Cultural and Gastronomic Center of Tierra Tropical (Centro Gastronómico y Cultural de Tierra Tropical), will be one of the venues, hosting the “The Art of Roasting“ a Grill Country Brunch hosted by international Chef Dante Ferrero Houriet this upcoming Sunday, November 13th at 11:00am, offering to the attendees an extraordinary sensorial experience.

In this event, Chef Ferrero will feature fire, ember and wood oven cooking to prepare his most recent creations, while sharing with the attendees his best well kept secrets in the kitchen in a pleasant conversation with the exotic landscape of San Pancho as background.

About Chef Dante Ferrero

Chef Dante FerreroBorn in Patagonia with Monterrey as a home, Dante is a cook deeply rooted on his mother land origins.

In Monterrey he set up his restaurant Neuquén, a classic Argentinian cuisine proposal embossing his personal touch. His most recent project is Alodé, continuing with his proposal of a Argentinian style cuisine.His interpretation of fire, ember and wood oven cooking is simply perfect, known as “El Chef de la Vaca” (the beef chef), for cooking beef for 24 hours.
