They took advantage of its privileged location within La Punta Estates to create a modern home with breathtaking views, incredible gathering spaces, and unexpected details everywhere you look.
With direct views across the Pacific Ocean to the offshore Marietas Islands, Casa Koko perfectly melds beach-chic style with uncompromising luxury and comfort. It is welcoming and calming — and also absolutely stunning. Oceanic hues are accented with design details that include rustic driftwood, impressive stone, and a suspended panga boat. The collection of very livable spaces with inviting seating provide places to gather together — or escape for an intimate chat or a good book.
Casa Koko is fully staffed with a Concierge, Private Chef, bartender, waiters, housekeeper, and a driver. Onsite amenities include an in-house spa with steam room, cold shower and outdoor stone bathtub, fully equipped fitness room connected to the gardens for outdoor yoga practice, 8-hour daily driver service with Mercedes Benz van for up to 18 guests. Custom-made private excursions and tours, as well as private flights, can be easily arranged.
